2. Pulverization and Shaping

4. Wall Rack and Transmission
Boards, panels are used 20mm steel plate, the base frame with 120×120 square tubes.
Machine use the main electric transmission and coupling, rectangular boxes, synchronous, differential box multi-axis mechanical drive link.
The driving adopt rear axle box joint cage to make the transmission stably.
The drive adopts universal couplings to connect Cage, to ensure more stable on the high speed operation.
Differential and gear box joint make transmission energy-efficiently

Air trunk making use circular tube, branch of air pipe is furnished with adjustment valve, which connect by PVC tube.

Installation and Service:
The machine shall be ready within 120 working days after the Seller receives the deposit and the sample drawings have been confirmed by both parties.
The Seller shall inform the Buyer of the machine completion in written form by fax or by email.
Payment term:
The Buyer shall pay the Seller 30% of the total contact amount by TT payment within 10 days from the date the contract is signed, 70% balance shall be paid by the TT before loading
Note: If Buyer cannot pay the deposit by the specified date as required above, the Seller has the right to re-price the machine.
Approval before shipping
Machine will be tested and approved in seller's factory before delivery. The time for testing in seller's factory will not be more than 15 minutes. Raw materials consumption within 15 minutes will be afforded by seller. If customer needs more time for testing, the cost will be afforded by the buyer.
The wastage excludes the circumstances when glue applicator breaks down or exchange material.
Quality guarantee period and wage
The Seller offers a 12-month quality guarantee period from the delivery date. During this period, the Seller shall repair the machine and provide repair parts (wearing parts, and parts subject to normal wear and tear (such as cutters and belts, etc)or damage attributable to the Buyer excluded). The damage attributable to the Buyer shall be repaired at the Buyer's cost. (the warranty period is valid from 30 days after the buyer is informed of the test of the machine.)
Installation and Testing
1. The Seller shall be responsible for the first installation and adjustment of the machine sold.
2. Installation and adjustment abroad: The Buyer shall pay for the transportation, accommodation (room and board) and translation if it requires the Seller to offer after-sales services such as installation, adjustment, training workers, and machine maintenance abroad. The accommodation offered by the Buyer shall be of three-star standard of China's Hotel at least.
3. The Buyer shall pay the after-service technicians sent by the Seller 100USD per day during extended time. The term of extended time must be within10 working days.
4. If the installation can't be done for the reason attributable to the Buyer, like lack of supporting facilities or raw materials, the Buyer shall pay the technicians sent by the Seller 100 USD per day during the extended time. All the payment shall be made within three days after the installation and adjustment is completed. Otherwise, the Seller has the right to terminate after-sales service.
Important note:
The wastage excludes the circumstances when glue applicator breaks down or exchange material.
Seller will inform Buyer of coming for testing the machine or machine ready information in written
Paper sent by fax or by email.
Buyer can't privately ask our engineer stay at his factory work for them after Seller's engineers finish
The installation and training, if the buyer needs technician work with them for one year or longer time,
The buyer has to contact our company manager. Otherwise, we have right to stop all the after the sales
service, and the buyer will be held accountable and compensate for the losses caused to the Seller.
